Column & Slab Enlargement
Column and slab strengthening is a process used to add or restore the ultimate load capacity of reinforced concrete columns. It is used for seismic retrofitting, supporting additional live load or dead load that not included in the original design, to relieve stresses generated by design or construction errors, or to restore original load capacity to damaged structural elements.
Carbon Fiber (CFRP)
The most common method used for strengthening, rehabilitation, or repairing reinforced concrete (RC) members is to use external carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) sheets. CFRP can greatly improve the flexural and shear capacity of deteriorated members and therefore extends their useful life.
Concrete Scanning GPR
Why do you need to scan concrete?
When concrete is scanned all major components within the concrete are marked out. This helps prevent damage to items such as rebar or conduit when performing destructive work.
Wall Saw
Cut and demolished interior and exterior commercial and residential concrete structures. Assisted with loading and removal of concrete waste from a job site. Removed doors, windows, walls, floors, and joints, as required. Used concrete cutting saws, drilling machines, and related hand & power tools.
Coring
Operates core drilling equipment to drill holes of a specified size in walls or slabs of concrete to facilitate installation and repair of utility systems and equipment: Locates and marks position for drill base, using rule and chalk.
Concrete Grinding & Polishing
Operate machinery, including polishing and grinding equipment, to grind any metal workpieces to their prescribed specifications to ensure high-quality products. Finish products by hand using hand tools to ensure the surfaces are filed or finished accordingly.
